Smiles is an award winning discount program in the UAE and Smiles Tourist is a new digital pack on the app. This pack offers savings on tickets to all theme parks, attractions, activities, and discounts at restaurants, hotels, fashion stores, spas, and more across the UAE.
Smiles Tourist is valid for 30 days from the date of activation.
Anyone can purchase the Smiles Tourist packs.
You can buy the packs using your debit/credit card. We accept all major international cards. - The price for a Gold Pack is AED 79 (incl. VAT) - The price for a Platinum Pack is AED 199 (incl. VAT)

Once you activate the pack, you will be prompted to choose an attraction/activity pass of your choice. Select your preferred pass and you will then get a voucher code with the instructions to book the free ticket on the app. Once booked, you will then receive the e-ticket/pass by email.
With the Smiles Tourist packs, you can save up to 65% on various theme park tickets, attractions, and activities in the UAE. With the pack, you can pre-book tickets for yourself, your family, and/or friends. You will receive instant confirmation of your booking and tickets in your email inbox. Only card payments are accepted for ticket booking.
ULBOGO stands for Unlimited Buy One Get One Free. It's a catalog of 2000+ offers on dining, shopping, wellness, services, etc available in all the major malls across the UAE. Smiles Tourist pack members can enjoy unlimited access to these offers during their visit. We advise you to check T&C for the offers before downloading any voucher.
Once activated, the pack cannot be canceled.
There is no limit on the number of times you can buy a Gold pack but a Platinum pack can only be purchased 2 times in 1 year.
You need access to WIFI or mobile internet to be able to access your pack.
No, you cannot share your pack with anyone. However, you can book tickets for them at discounted prices.
We understand that order changes may be necessary. If you require an adjustment to your Smiles App order, our dedicated customer support team is readily available via the Live Chat function within the app. Please note that a full refund can be processed within 30 days of purchase, provided no Smiles have been redeemed.
